Als Eventmanager/in für unser Heilbronn Slush'D Festival bist du für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung eines ansprechenden und effektiven Veranstaltungsprogramms verantwortlich und akquirierst geeignete Speaker für die Veranstaltung.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du entwickelst ein vielfältiges und spannendes Veranstaltungsprogramm, welches auf die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden eingeht.
Du identifizierst und akquirierst erstklassige Speaker, um ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für unsere Teilnehmer zu schaffen.
Du planst und organisierst Workshops, um unser Programm mit interaktiven Inhalten abzurunden.
Gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam stellst du die reibungslose Durchführung des Programms sicher und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg der Veranstaltung bei.
Du bist stets auf der Suche nach den innovativsten und neuesten Trends im Startup Umfeld, um unsere Veranstaltung zu einem unvergesslichen und einzigartigen Erlebnis zu machen.
Du holst Teilnehmerfeedback ein und ermittelst Veranstaltungskennzahlen, um zukünftige Veranstaltungen auf Basis der Analyse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, die dich optimal auf deine neue Rolle vorbereitet hat.
Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das zudem über exzellente Problemlösungsfähigkeiten verfügt.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Speakern, Sponsoren und weiteren Stakeholdern zu interagieren.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, vorzugsweise im Kontext von Startups, Technologie oder Innovation.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage effektiv Prioritäten zu setzen.
Du beherrschst Englisch und Deutsch fließend und hast Freude an interkultureller Kommunikation.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Speakerakquise und bei der Durchführung von Panels.

As Eventmanager for our Heilbronn Slush’D Festival you are responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an engaging and effective event program and recruit suitable speakers for the event.

With its robust network, dynamic environment and emerging as Europe‘s Nr. 1 startup ecosystem, Heilbronn Slush‘D offers an unparalleled platform for future-founders to connect, collaborate, and showcase their ground-breaking ideas.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You will develop a diverse and exciting event program that meets the needs of the participants.
You will identify and acquire first-class speakers to create an unforgettable experience for our participants.
You will plan and organize workshops to round off our program with interactive content.
Together with the project team you will ensure the smooth implementation of the program and make a significant contribution to the success of the event.
You are always on the lookout for the most innovative and latest trends in the startup environment to make our event an unforgettable and unique experience.
You will collect participant feedback and determine event key figures in order to continuously improve future events based on the analysis.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a solid professional qualification whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree which has prepared you optimally for your new role.
You are an organizational talent who also has excellent problem-solving skills.
You have excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with speakers, sponsors and other stakeholders.
You have experience in planning and executing events preferably in the context of startups, technology or innovation.
You have excellent time management skills and are able to prioritize effectively.
You are fluent in English and German and enjoy intercultural communication.
You already have experience in speaker acquisition and panel organization.
