Als Partnership Manager/in für unser Heilbronn Slush'D Festival bist du dafür verantwortlich Partnerschaften zu schließen, diese zu fördern und zu erhalten, um den Erfolg der Verantstaltung zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du ermittelst potenzielle Partner, Sponsoren und Kooperationsmöglichkeiten, um eine innovative und ansprechende Veranstaltung zu gewährleisten.
Du entwickelst und präsentierst maßgeschneiderte Partnerschaftspakete, um für beide Seiten einen Mehrwert zu schaffen.
Du pflegst die Beziehungen zu bestehenden und neuen Partnern, um langfristige Kooperationen zu fördern.
Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen unseres Events, um über uns zu informieren, die Zusammenarbeit zu fördern und gemeinsame Ziele hervorzuheben.
Du bist für die Organisation und Umsetzung von Partnerveranstaltungen und Networking-Events zuständig.
Du unterstützt vor Ort bei Durchführung der Veranstaltungen und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Partner.
Du dokumentierst und verfolgst die Partnerschaften im CRM-System, um Bericht über den Fortschritt der Partnerschaftsaktivitäten und die Erreichung der Ziele führen zu können.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, die dich optimal auf deine neue Rolle vorbereitet hat.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Partnerschaftsmanagement oder Business Development, vorzugsweise in der Event-, Startup- oder Technologiebranche.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage effektiv Prioritäten zu setzen.
Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das zudem über exzellente Problemlösungsfähigkeiten verfügt.
Du beherrschst Englisch und Deutsch fließend und hast Freude an interkultureller Kommunikation.

As a Partnership Manager for our Heilbronn Slush'D Festival, you are responsible for initiating, nurturing, and maintaining partnerships to support the success of the event.

With its robust network, dynamic environment and emerging as Europe‘s Nr. 1 startup ecosystem, Heilbronn Slush‘D offers an unparalleled platform for future-founders to connect, collaborate, and showcase their ground-breaking ideas.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You identify potential partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities to ensure an innovative and engaging event.
You develop and present tailored partnership packages to create value for both parties.
You maintain relationships with existing and new partners to foster long-term collaborations.
You create compelling presentations of our event to inform, promote collaboration, and highlight shared goals.
You are responsible for organizing and implementing partner events and networking events.
You provide on-site support during event execution and serve as the primary point of contact for our partners.
You document and track partnerships in the CRM system to report on the progress of partnership activities and achievement of goals.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a solid professional qualification whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree which has optimally prepared you for your new role as a partnership manager.
You have previous experience in partnership management or business development, preferably in the event, startup, or technology industry.
You possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
You have excellent time management skills and can effectively prioritize tasks.
You are highly organized and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
You are fluent in both English and German and enjoy intercultural communication.
