As a Project Manager in our Venture Studio you will build relationships with startups, investors and other Venture Studio stakeholders. You also cultivate these relationships in various meetings and events that you help organize.

In our Venture Studio an early pre-seed "venture builder" Campus Founders makes small investments in startups. In addition to the investment we provide support in the form of mentoring and networking to build up the startup and offer practical support.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You are the main contact person for our Venture Studio for all stakeholders, especially startups and investors before, during and after the investment.
You support the identification of startups within the Campus Founders Programs that are suitable for Venture Studio investments.
You coordinate the communication between all Venture Studio stakeholders and organize the regular exchange between them including regular investment committee meetings.
You participate in events relevant to startups and investors to build and maintain sustainable relationships and stay up to date on market trends.
You work closely with our Venture Managers in coaching portfolio startups, recognizing their needs and supporting them by sharing success stories and connecting with investors.
You introduce standardized terminology to the portfolio startups, guiding them through a well-structured due diligence process.
You define and track milestones together with the startups, which are evaluated using collected and analyzed metrics and shared with relevant stakeholders.
You monitor the Venture Studio budget.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have successfully completed your studies preferably with a focus on economics.
You have practical experience in project management ideally in a startup environment.
You are interested in the startup ecosystem and already keep yourself informed about current market trends.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality.
You have a basic understanding of the most common business models.
You have very good communication skills and can use your fluency in written and spoken English. German language skills are an advantage in our intercultural team.
Ideally you are already familiar with startup jargon and the most important concepts.
Your experience as a (co-)founder or employee of a startup is an advantage.
An understanding of the startup ecosystem such as the role of business angels or venture capital will make it easier for you to get started.

Als Project Manager in unserem Venture Studio baust du Beziehungen mit Startups, Investoren und weiteren Stakeholdern des Venture Studios auf. Diese pflegst du zudem in verschiedenen von dir mitorganisierten 'Meetings und Events.

In unserem Venture Studio , einem frühen Pre-Seed "Venture-Builder", tätigt Campus Founders kleine Investments in Startups. Neben dem Investment unterstützen wir in Form von Mentoring und Netzwerken, um das Startup aufzubauen und praktische Unterstützung zu bieten.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du bist Haupansprechpartner für unser Venture Studio für alle Stakeholder, vor allem Startups und Investoren vor während und nach getätigter Investition.
Du unterstützt bei der Identifizierung von Startups innerhalb der Campus Founders Programme, die für die Investitionen des Venture Studios geeignet sind.
Du koordinierst die Kommunikation zwischen allen Venture Studio Stakeholdern und organisierst den regelmäßigen Austausch zwischen diesen, unter anderem in regelmäßigen Investment Committee Meetings.
Du nimmst zum Aufbau und zur Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen an für Startups und Investoren relevanten Veranstaltungen teil und bleibst somit auch auf dem neuesten Stand zu Markttrends.
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Venture Managern im Coaching der Portfolio Startups zusammen, erkennst deren Bedürfnisse und unterstützt diese auch indem du Erfolgsgeschichten teilst und Kontakte zu Investoren herstellst.
Du führst standardisierte Begrifflichkeiten bei den Portfolio Startups ein, leitest diese durch einen gut strukturierten Due-Diligence-Prozess.
Du definierst und verfolgst gemeinsam mit den Startups Meilensteine, die mithilfe von gesammelten und analysierten Kennzahlen bewertet und mit den relevanten Stakeholdern geteilt werden.
Du überwachst das Venture Studio Budget.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium bevorzugt mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung.
Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld von Startups.
Du interessierst dich für das Startup Ökosystem und hältst dich hier bereits jetzt über aktuelle Markttrends informiert.
Du verfügst über ein unternehmerisches Mindset und eine Hands-On Mentalität.
Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis für die gebräuchlichsten Geschäftsmodelle.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, und kannst hier seine fließenden Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift einsetzen. Deutschkenntnisse sind in unserem interkulturellen Team von Vorteil.
Du bist bestenfalls bereits vertraut mit dem Startup Jargon und den wichtigsten Konzepten.
Deine Erfahrung als (Mit-)Gründer oder Mitarbeiter eines Startups ist von Vorteil.
Ein Verständnis für das Startup Ökosystem, wie beispielsweise die Rolle von Business Angels oder Venture Capitals erleichtert dir den Einstieg.
