Als Program Manager bist du verantwortlich für den Erfolg und die Weiterentwicklung deines Programms. Neben dem dir zugeteilten Program Coordinator bist du zudem Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Talente und Startups. Der für diese Position gesuchte Program Manager ist für unser AI Founders Programm verantwortlich.

Das AI Founders Programm ist ein 12-wöchiges Early-Stage-Acceleration-Programm, welches Gründer und Teams befähigt ihr Unternehmen in der sich entwickelnden KI- und Technologielandschaft erfolgreich aufzubauen und zu skalieren.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du bist für die Gestaltung und Leitung der Programmstruktur verantwortlich und bereicherst das Programm mit mehr Mentoren, Experten und anderen Vorreitern auf dem Gebiet der KI.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation und Durchführung von Sessions mit KI Experten und Programm Events.
Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing- und Kommunikationsteam erstellst du das Programmarketing und führst dieses durch.
Du leitest das Bewerbungs- und Auswahlverfahren, um die besten und engagiertesten Teilnehmer für das Programm zu gewinnen.
Du identifizierst die besten KI Startups des Programms, um diese in weitere Campus Founders Programme zu überführen.
Du stellst sicher, dass die Budgetgrenzen des Programms eingehalten werden.
Du ermittelst und analysierst relevante KPIs und erhebst regelmäßig Feedback, um das Programm kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du identifizierst und verwaltest Partnerschaften auf operativer und strategischer Ebene.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, die dich optimal auf deine neue Rolle als Programmmanager vorbereitet hat.
Du hast fortgeschrittene Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung von kleinen Projektteams und kannst das vorgegebene Budget verwalten.
Du hast Erfahrung darin vor größeren Gruppen zu sprechen und fühlst dich dabei in deinem Element.
Du hast ein hohes Interesse in Themen der angewandten KI und entwickelst dich durch deine Neugier stetig weiter.
Du bereits Erfahrungen in der Startup- oder KI-Branche oder hast selbst an einem Innovations-/Startup-Programm teilgenommen.
Dir fällt es leicht nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen und du verfügst über ein gutes Gespür zur Identifikation von Bedürfnissen unserer Stakeholder.
Du verfügst über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, kannst dich auf Deutsch verständigen und du hast Freude an Interkulturalität.

As a Program Manager you are responsible for the success and further development of your program. In addition to the Program Coordinator assigned to you you will also be the contact person for our talents and startups. The Program Manager we are looking for is responsible for our AI Founders Program.

The AI Founders Program is a 12-week early-stage acceleration program designed to empower founders and teams to successfully build and scale their companies in the evolving AI and technology landscape.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You are responsible for designing and leading the program structure, enriching it with more mentors, experts, and other leaders in the field of AI.
You are responsible for organizing and conducting sessions with AI experts and program events.
Together with our marketing and communication team, you create and execute the program marketing.
You lead the application and selection process to attract the best and most dedicated participants for the program.
You identify the top AI startups within the program to transition them into further Campus Founders programs.
You ensure that the program operates within budget constraints.
You identify and analyze relevant KPIs and regularly gather feedback to continuously evolve the program.
You identify and manage partnerships at both operational and strategic levels.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a solid professional qualification, whether through completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree, which has prepared you optimally for your new role as a program manager.
You possess advanced project management skills, have experience leading small project teams, and can manage the given budget.
You have experience speaking in front of larger groups and feel comfortable doing so.
You have a keen interest in topics related to applied AI and continuously develop yourself through your curiosity.
You have prior experience in the startup or AI industry or have participated in an innovation/startup program yourself.
Building sustainable relationships comes naturally to you, and you have a good sense for identifying the needs of our stakeholders.
You have fluent English language skills both written and verbal, can communicate effectively in German, and you enjoy interculturality.
