Als PR Manager bist du bei Campus Founders mitverantwortlich, nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Medienvertretern in relevanten Publikationen sowie anderen Multiplikatoren aufzubauen, um die Sichtbarkeit der Marke Campus Founders, unserer Themen und Persönlichkeiten zu erhöhen.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer PR-/Kommunikationsstrategie.
Du entwickelst und planst außerdem eine Themen- und Content-Strategie.
Du recherchierst und erstellst Inhalte zu Marken- und Kampagnenthemen mit einem Schwerpunkt auf schriftlichen Inhalten.
Du baust Beziehungen zu Medienvertretern und Multiplikatoren, insbesondere in den Bereichen Business, Technologie und Startups auf und pflegst diese.
Du bereitest Presse- und Medientreffen vor und führst diese durch.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von PR-Projekten und übernimmst die Lenkung von PR-Agenturen.
Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Vorbereitung von Keynote-Präsentationen, Pitch-Präsentationen und Reden.
Du unterstützt bei der Texterstellung für Marketingkampagnen, zielgruppenspezifischen Content und liest Campus Founders Inhalte Korrektur.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du hast dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, vorzugsweise in einem relevanten Bereich wie zum Beispiel Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalismus/PR oder Marketing.
Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Public Relations oder Corporate Communications im Innovations-, Tech oder Startup-Umfeld. Alternativ hast du deine zweijährige Erfahrung als Journalist in diesem Umfeld gesammelt.
Du verfügst über ein etabliertes Netzwerk in den Startup- bzw. Wirtschaftsmedien.
Du hast herausragende branchenspezifische Kenntnisse der Startup-Szene in Deutschland, Europa und International.
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
Deine ausgezeichnete Textsicherheit, sowohl im redaktionellen als auch im kommerziellen Stil runden dein Profil ab.

Are you looking for a new challenge and more than just a job? Do you want to help shape the future with us? Together with you, we want to further develop Campus Founders gGmbH and promote entrepreneurship.

As a PR Manager at Campus Founders, you will be jointly responsible for building sustainable relationships with media representatives in relevant publications as well as with other key multipliers, with the goal of increasing the visibility of the Campus Founders brand, our topics, and our personalities.

Your fields of action in a glance:

Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and communications strategy that supports our mission and goals.
Plan and execute a compelling content and editorial strategy across all relevant channels.
Research and create engaging written content focused on brand storytelling and campaign messaging.
Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and key influencers-particularly in the fields of business, tech, and startups.
Prepare and manage press events, media briefings, and interviews.
Lead PR projects and manage collaboration with external PR agencies.
Support our team with the development of keynote presentations, pitch decks, and public speeches.
Contribute to marketing campaigns by creating audience-specific messaging and proofread content to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in a relevant field such as communications, journalism/PR, or marketing.
You have at least two years of hands-on experience in public relations or corporate communications, ideally within the innovation, tech, or startup ecosystem. Alternatively, you have gained comparable experience as a journalist covering these fields.
You bring with you an established network within the startup and business media landscape.
You possess deep industry knowledge of the startup scene in Germany, across Europe, and internationally.
You are fluent in both German and English, with native-level proficiency in speaking and writing.
Your exceptional writing skills, both editorial and commercial round out your profile.
