As a Program Coordinator, you are the point of contact for our talents and startups in the programs you support. You work closely with the Program Manager and assist them primarily in administration and project management. The Program Coordinator we are looking for will be involved in our accelerator program.

The accelerator program is a 12-week early-stage acceleration program in Heilbronn, which enables founders and teams to build and develop their startup business in today's dynamic business landscape to achieve success.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You are the point of contact for the programs you accompany, providing support in implementation, execution, communication, and quality assurance of the programs.
You ensure the necessary structure within each program and coordinate various schedules, content, actions, and milestones.
You assist our program managers with all administrative tasks and help manage our systems such as HubSpot, Notion, and Slack, always with the aim of guaranteeing a seamless user experience.
To promote our unique startup programs globally, you collaborate closely with our marketing team to create engaging content about the work in our programs, encouraging talents and startups to apply for the program.
With your team, you create and organize exciting workshops and meetups for talents and startups, involving mentors, companies, and experts to support responsible and successful entrepreneurship.
You are involved in content development and the continuous improvement of the programs.
You see yourself as a bridge builder for our talents and startup teams in the programs you accompany, helping them integrate into our community and connecting them within our ecosystem to create a platform for cooperation and sustainable networking.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a solid professional qualification, whether through completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree, which has prepared you optimally for your new role as a program coordinator.
You have expertise in the field of business or a related area, such as entrepreneurship, fundraising, or sales.
You are a service-oriented and reliable individual, making it easy for you to take on responsibility.
You have a keen sense for identifying the needs of customers and users, enabling you to proactively and independently develop and implement improvement suggestions.
Ideally, you have experience in coaching or delivering presentations to larger audiences.
Experience in the startup scene is also advantageous.
You have fluent English skills in both written and verbal communication, ideally can communicate in German, and you enjoy intercultural experiences.

Als Program Coordinator bist du in den von dir begleiteten Programme Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Talente und Startups. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Program Manager der Programme zusammen und unterstützt diesen vor allem in der Administration und im Projektmanagement. Der für diese Position gesuchte Program Coordinator ist in unserem Acceleratorprogramm tätig.

Das Acceleratorprogramm ist ein Programm ist ein 12-wöchige Early-Stage-Acceleration-Programm in Heilbronn, das es Gründern und Teams ermöglicht, ihr Startup-Geschäft in der dynamischen Geschäftslandschaft von heute aufzubauen und zu entwickeln, um Erfolg zu erzielen.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für die von dir begleiteten Programme und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung, Durchführung, Kommunikation und Qualitätssicherung der Programme.
Du sorgst für die nötige Struktur in den einzelnen Programmen und koordinierst verschiedene Termine, Inhalte, Maßnahmen und Meilensteine.
Du unterstützt unsere Programmverantwortlichen bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten und hilfst bei der Verwaltung unserer Systeme wie Hubspot, Notion und Slack. Immer mit dem Ziel eine reibungslose Nutzererfahrung zu garantieren.
Um unsere einzigartigen Startup Programme in die Welt zu tragen, arbeitest du eng mit unserem Marketing-Team zusammen, um spannenden Content über die Arbeit in unseren Programmen zu erstellen, der Talente und Startups zur Bewerbung auf das Programm veranlasst.
Mit deinem Team kreierst und organisierst du spannende Workshops und Meetups für Talente und Startups, bei denen auch Mentoren, Unternehmen und Experten teilnehmen, um bei der verantwortungsvollen und erfolgreichen Gründung zu unterstützen.
Du bist an der Entwicklung von Inhalten und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Programme beteiligt.
Du verstehst dich als Brückenbauer*in für unsere Talente und Startup Teams in den von dir begleiteten Programmen, unterstützt sie dabei in unserer Community anzukommen und vernetzt sie innerhalb unseres Ökosystems, um damit eine Plattform für Kooperation und nachhaltiges Netzwerken zu schaffen.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, die dich optimal auf deine neue Rolle als Programmkoordinator*in vorbereitet hat.
Du verfügst über Expertise im Bereich Wirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich, zum Beispiel Unternehmensgründung, Fundraising oder Vertrieb.
Du bist eine serviceorientierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, wodurch es dir leicht fällt Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Du verfügst über ein gutes Gespür dafür, Bedürfnisse von Kunden und Nutzern zu erkennen und dadurch proaktiv und eigeninitiativ Verbesserungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten und umzusetzen.
Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im Coaching oder im halten von Vorträgen vor größeren Personengruppen.
Erfahrung in der Startup-Szene ist ebenfalls von Vorteil.
Du verfügst über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, kannst dich idealerweise auf Deutsch verständigen und du hast Freude an Interkulturalität.
