Als Projektleiter der Heilbronn Slush’D spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Förderung der lokalen Startupszene und der Schaffung einer inspirierenden Veranstaltung, die Gründer, Investoren, Unternehmen, Partner und die Community zusammenbringt. Du willst das Festival zu einem bedeutenden Hub für innovative Ideen und unternehmerische Visionen zu machen, indem Du eine erfolgreiche Planung, Organisation und Durchführung sicherstellst. Dein Ziel ist dabei, das Heilbronner Startup-Festival als führende Plattform für Innovation und Unternehmertum in der Region zu etablieren sowie einen nachhaltigen Beitrag zur Förderung und zum Erfolg von Startups zu leisten.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du bist für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Heilbronn Slush’D unter Berücksichtigung von Budget, Zielen und Zeitplänen verantwortlich.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtkonzepts der Veranstaltung.
Du bist für die Koordination der Akquisition von Sponsoren, Partnern und Ausstellern in Zusammenarbeit mit Programm- und Partnership-Managern verantwortlich.
Du planst die Veranstaltungslogistik und -produktion gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Partnern.
Du entwickelst Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien zur Promotion der Heilbronn Slush’D in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team.
Du identifizierst, bewertest und wählst Anbieter und Partner für unterstützende Dienstleistungen für die Veranstaltung aus, wie beispielsweise Catering, AV, Logistik und Marketing.
Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit allen Stakeholdern und pflegst die Beziehungen zu diesen, um den Informationsfluss stets zu gewährleisten.
Du sorgst für die Kommunikation zwischen den Bereichen Marketing, Sales, Programm und Produktion.
Du führst Post-Event-Analysen durch, um Entwicklungspotenziale für die Veranstaltung zu identifizieren.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, welches dich optimal auf deine neue Rolle vorbereitet.
Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von vergleichbaren Events mit ca. 1000 Teilnehmenden, idealerweise für im Startup oder Innovationsumfeld.
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit unter Druck zu arbeiten und komplexe Projekte zu managen.
Du arbeitest Teamorientiert und verfügst über die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen internen und externen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
Du fühlst dich darin wohl in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch zu kommunizieren.

As project manager of Heilbronn Slush'D you will play a crucial role in promoting the local startup scene and creating an inspiring event that brings together founders, investors, companies, partners and the community. You want to make the festival a significant hub for innovative ideas and entrepreneurial visions by ensuring successful planning, organisation and execution. Your goal is to establish the Heilbronn Startup Festival as the leading platform for innovation and entrepreneurship in the region and to make a sustainable contribution to the promotion and success of startups.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You are responsible for the planning, organisation and implementation of the Heilbronn Slush'D taking into account budget, goals and schedules.
You are responsible for the further development of the overall concept of the event.
You are responsible for coordinating the acquisition of sponsors, partners and exhibitors in cooperation with programme and partnership managers.
You plan the event logistics and production together with the responsible partners.
You will develop marketing and communication strategies for the promotion of Heilbronn Slush'D in co-operation with the marketing team.
You identify, evaluate and select providers and partners for supporting services for the event such as catering, AV, logistics and marketing.
You communicate at eye level with all stakeholders and maintain relationships with them to ensure the flow of information at all times.
You ensure communication between the marketing, sales, programme and production departments.
You carry out post-event analyses to identify development potential for the event.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a solid professional qualification whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree which will prepare you optimally for your new role.
You have proven experience in the project management of comparable events with approx. 1000 participants ideally in a start-up or innovation environment.
You have strong organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects.
You are team-orientated and have the ability to work effectively with different internal and external teams.
You are comfortable communicating fluently in both written and spoken German and English.
