As Project Coordinator you will act as the primary link between Campus Founders and the University of Viadrina and ensure the coordination and implementation of all topics, results and processes related to the ERLab cooperation.

The ERLab is a community of researchers at the European University Viadrina that focuses on key aspects of entrepreneurial activities in organisations and entrepreneurial ecosystems. The research projects focus on relevant factors for the functioning of ecosystems. Thanks to the cooperation with Campus Founders as a practice partner the young researchers have access to an attractive and growing startup and innovation ecosystem in the Heilbronn-Franken region.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You will facilitate the identification and realisation of mutually beneficial opportunities and outcomes within our collaboration and other research collaborations.
You will manage administrative and operational tasks required for the implementation of the ERLab and other research initiatives and ensure alignment within the organisation.
You will coordinate the integration of research results into our programmes and community.
You will organise ERLab transfer events and knowledge exchange events to foster collaboration and learning between researchers and members of our community.
You will cultivate relationships with Viadrina University stakeholders and startups across Eastern Europe to improve the reach and integration of our programmes and community offerings.
You will build relationships with universities and research institutions to ensure research-related collaborations.
You will coordinate with our internal teams and support our events.
You will provide regular reports on the project and milestones achieved.
You will facilitate collaboration and networking between researchers to foster a vibrant research community at Campus Founders.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a solid professional qualification whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree which has optimally prepared you for your new role as a project coordinator.
You have at least 1-3 years of practical work experience in the field of project coordination.
You have strong problem-solving and organisational skills to effectively manage challenges and maintain structured workflows.
You have excellent time management skills and can manage your tasks independently with minimal supervision.
You have a hands-on mentality to navigate complex situations, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make sound decisions based on practical knowledge and experience.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, can ideally communicate in German and enjoy intercultural dialogue.
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships, facilitate networking and promote co-operation between different stakeholders.

Als Project Coordinator*in agierst Du als primäre Verbindung zwischen Campus Founders und der Universität Viadrina und stellst die Abstimmung und Durchführung aller Themen, Ergebnisse und Abläufe im Zusammenhang mit der ERLab-Kooperation sicher.

Das ERLab ist eine Gemeinschaft von Forschern an der Europa-Universität Viadrina, die sich mit zentralen Aspekten unternehmerischer Aktivitäten in Organisationen und unternehmerischen Ökosystemen beschäftigt. Die Forschungsprojekte konzentrieren sich auf relevante Faktoren für das Funktionieren der Ökosysteme. Durch die Kooperation mit der Campus Founders als Praxispartner haben die jungen Forscher Zugang zu einem attraktiven und wachsenden Startup- und Innovationsökosystem in der Region Heilbronn-Franken.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du erleichterst die Ermittlung und Realisierung von für beide Seiten vorteilhaften Möglichkeiten und Ergebnissen im Rahmen unserer Zusammenarbeit und weiteren Forschungskooperationen.
Du verwaltest administrative und operative Aufgaben, welche für die Durchführung des ERLab und anderer Forschungsinitiativen erforderlich sind und gewährleistest die Abstimmung innerhalb der Organisation.
Du koordinierst die Integration von Forschungsergebnissen in unsere Programme und in unsere Community.
Du organisierst ERLab Transferveranstaltungen sowie Veranstaltungen zum Wissensaustausch, um die Zusammenarbeit und das Lernen zwischen Forschern und Mitgliedern unserer Community zu fördern.
Du pflegst Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern der Viadrina Universität und zu Startups in ganz Osteuropa, um die Reichweite und Integration unserer Programme und der Community-Angebote zu verbessern.
Du baust Beziehungen zu Universitäten und Forschungseinrichtungen auf, um forschungsbezogene Kooperationen sicherzustellen.
Du koordinierst mit unseren internen Teams und unterstützt zudem bei unseren Veranstaltungen.
Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte über das Projekt und die erreichten Meilensteine.
Du erleichterst die Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung von Forschern, um eine lebendige Forschungscommunity bei Campus Founders zu fördern.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, die dich optimal auf deine neue Rolle als Projektkoordinator*in vorbereitet hat.
Du hast mindestens 1-3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektkoordination.
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, um Herausforderungen effektiv zu bewältigen und strukturierte Arbeitsabläufe aufrechtzuerhalten.
Du hast hervorragendes Zeitmanagement und kannst deine Aufgaben selbständig und mit minimaler Kontrolle zu verwalten.
Du besitzt eine Hands-on-Mentalität, um dich in komplexen Situationen zurechtzufinden, dich schnell an veränderte Umstände anzupassen sowie fundierte Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage praktischer Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu treffen.
Du verfügst über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, kannst dich idealerweise auf Deutsch verständigen und du hast Freude an Interkulturalität.
Du hast ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu pflegen, die Vernetzung zu erleichtern und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Interessengruppen zu fördern.
