Your fields of action in a glance:
- Program Development & Network: You develop and scale the program while growing a strong AI expert network.
- Expert Sessions & Events: You organize and host sessions, workshops, and events with AI experts.
- Program Marketing: You plan and drive the program’s marketing together with the marketing team.
- Recruiting: You manage the application process and participant selection.
- Startup Scouting Support: You identify top AI startups for further Campus Founders programs.
- Budget Management: You keep track of budgets and resources.
- KPI & Feedback: You analyze KPIs and use feedback to continuously improve the program.
- Partnerships: You build and manage strategic and operational partnerships.
You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:
- Background & Experience: You bring a solid academic or professional background and first experience in a similar role.
- Startup Support: You have initial experience supporting early-stage startups in developing their ideas.
- AI Mindset: You are highly interested in applied AI and continuously expand your knowledge through curiosity.
- Project Management: You bring strong project management skills, leadership experience, and budget ownership.
- Public Speaking: You enjoy speaking in front of larger audiences and feel confident.
- Relationship Management: You build lasting relationships and quickly understand stakeholder needs.
- Languages & Culture: You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working in international environment.
