In Summer 2025 Campus Founders opens its new building called GRAVITY with co-working and co-creation areas as well as a media studio, community and event spaces.

In your role as Project Manager Operations Spaces, you are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and developing the technical infrastructure. You implement processes to improve efficiency, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate closely with program managers and the marketing team to implement account-based marketing strategies.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You oversee the setup and maintenance of our technical infrastructure, including IT systems, software applications (e.g. HubSpot or OfficeRnD) and APIs, and continuously develop them.
You foster and implement operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
You identify and develop process and automation potentials to increase efficiency.
You work closely with our team and act as first level support to implement and manage technical solutions.
You develop and maintain our data-driven systems to track and analyze user interactions and business metrics.
You support our marketing team for the Account-based marketing, e.g. setting email campaigns or optimizing sequences.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a solid professional qualification, whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree and ideally complement this with some initial work experience.
You bring extensive IT skills in Hubspot, OfficeRnD, Zapier, and Make.
You are expanding your IT knowledge with reliable knowledge in data analysis and performance metrics.
You possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills as well as excellent time management.
You are fluent in English both written and spoken, can also communicate well in German and enjoy intercultural experiences.

Im Sommer 2025 eröffnet Campus Founders sein neues Gebäude namens GRAVITY mit Co-Working- und Co-Creation-Bereichen sowie einem Medienstudio, Community- und Eventflächen.

In deiner Rolle als Project Manager Operations Spaces bist du verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur. Du implementierst Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung, identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und arbeitest eng mit Programmmanagern und dem Marketingteam zusammen, um Account basierte Marketingstrategien umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du überwachst die Einrichtung und Wartung unserer technischen Infrastruktur, einschließlich IT-Systemen, Softwareanwendungen (z. B. HubSpot oder OfficeRnD) und APIs, und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
Du förderst und implementierst betriebliche Richtlinien und Verfahren, um die Effizienz und Effektivität zu steigern.
Du identifizierst und entwickelst Potenziale für Prozesse und Automatisierungen, um die Effizienz zu erhöhen.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team zusammen und fungierst als First-Level-Support, um technische Lösungen umzusetzen und zu verwalten.
Du entwickelst und pflegst unsere datengestützten Systeme, um Benutzerinteraktionen und Geschäftszahlen zu verfolgen und zu analysieren.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine fundierte berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studiums, die du idealerweise durch erste Berufserfahrungen ergänzt.
Du bringst umfassende IT-Kenntnisse in HubSpot, OfficeRnD, Zapier und Make mit.
Du erweiterst dein IT-Wissen um fundierte Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und Leistungskennzahlen.
Du besitzt exzellente Fähigkeiten in der Problemlösung und Organisation sowie ein hervorragendes Zeitmanagement.
Du beherrschst Englisch in Wort und Schrift, kannst dich auch gut auf Deutsch verständigen und hast Freude an interkulturellen Erfahrungen.
