In deiner Rolle als Media- & Veranstaltungstechniker leitest du unser Multimedia-Studio selbstständig und du bist unser verlässlicher, direkter Ansprechpartner für alle medientechnischen Belange.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Allrounder: Du betreust unser Medienstudio selbstständig, als kreativer Allrounder für Foto-, Video- und Audioformate.
Event-Tech Wizardry: Du betreust größere Veranstaltungen technisch, supportest unser Event- und Marketingteam und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf hinter den Kulissen (Tontechnik, Bild etc.).
Preproduction: Du planst und organisierst Termine, bereitest Equipment vor, baust es auf, testest es und begleitest unsere Startups, die Community und externe Kunden, sodass sie mit ihren Projekten glänzen können.
Asset-Management: Du behältst den Überblick über die Endgeräte und Software – technisch wie kaufmännisch – und führst ein geeignetes Bestandssystem ein und sorgst dafür, dass alles jederzeit einsatzbereit ist.
Enablement: Du gibst technische Einweisungen, leistest Support und schulst unsere Nutzer:innen verständlich, kompetent und praxisnah.
Innovation: Du hast Lust auf neue Tools, Trends und Technologien im Mediaumfeld und bringst frische Ideen aktiv ein.
Onsite-Kultur: Remote ist nicht unser Ding – wir setzen auf Austausch und deine Kompetenz vor Ort, kurze Wege und gemeinsames Tüfteln im Studio.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Background: Abgeschlossenes Studium aus den Bereichen Film, Medien oder Medientechnik (z. B. Medienproduktion, Audio-/Videotechnik, Veranstaltungstechnik), eine technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Praxis: Erste Berufserfahrung und hands-on Knowhow mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis.
Tech-Love: Hohe Affinität zu Medien-, IT- und Produktionstechnik & neue Tools schrecken dich nicht ab.
Sales-Mindset: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, überzeugst mit Begeisterung und willst proaktive Themen voranbringen.
Ownership: Eigeninitiative, Disziplin und echtes Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus.
Customer-Journey-Verständnis: Du verstehst, wie Nutzer:innen denken – und wie Paid Media entlang der Customer Journey wirkt.
Problem-Solving: Du besitzt eine analytische, lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit pragmatischem Ansatz.
Kommunikation: Klare Kommunikation, positives Auftreten und eine Ausstrahlung, die hängen bleibt.
Flexibilität: Bereitschaft, auch bei zusätzlichen Abendveranstaltungen im Hintergrund mit anzupacken.

As our Media & Event Technician, you take full ownership of the multimedia studio and are the trusted first point of contact for anything media tech-related.

Your fields of action in a glance:

Media Studio Ownership: You independently run our media studio as a creative all-rounder for photo, video, and audio formats.
Event tech wizardry: You technically manage larger events, support our event and marketing teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes (sound, visuals, and more).
Pre-production: You plan and organize shoots and sessions, prep and set up equipment, test everything, and support our startups, community, and external clients so their projects truly shine.
Asset management: You keep track of hardware and software — both technically and commercially — introduce a smart inventory system, and make sure everything is ready to use at all times.
Enablement: You provide technical onboarding, hands-on support, and practical training in a clear, confident, and approachable way.
Innovation: You’re excited about new tools, trends, and technologies in the media space and actively bring fresh ideas to the table.
Onsite culture: Remote isn’t our thing — we believe in collaboration, short paths, and hands-on problem-solving together in the studio.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

Background: A degree in film, media, or media technology (e.g. media production, audio/video, event tech), a technical apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification.
Hands-on experience: First professional experience with a strong technical understanding and a get-things-done mindset.
Tech love: You’re genuinely into media, IT, and production tech — and new tools excite rather than scare you.
Sales mindset: You enjoy connecting with people, win them over with enthusiasm, and love pushing ideas forward.
Ownership: You take initiative, stay disciplined, and keep things organized without being asked.
Customer journey: You get how users think — and how paid media supports them along the customer journey.
Problem solving: You think analytically, act pragmatically, and focus on solutions, not problems.
