As Alumni Manager, you will design and drive our approach to long-term alumni engagement. You’ll build the structures, communications, and touchpoints that help us stay meaningfully connected to founders and members beyond their active program phase.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You design and manage formats for alumni engagement – from virtual communication channels to in-person meetings – to sustainably and long-term connect our alumni with the Campus Founders Community.
You build and maintain strong relationships with the target audience, keep them informed, and thus create a sense of connection to the community.
You track the milestones of startups and alumni, monitor progress, and research relevant, target-specific updates.
You work closely with our content team to communicate success highlights.
You maintain alumni data in our systems, enabling effective outreach, follow-up, and reporting.
You prepare members for the transition to alumni status and support recommendations for future programs.
You turn received feedback into future formats to shape and develop them further.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have completed relevant vocational training or a bachelor’s degree ideally in entrepreneurship, business, or communications.
You complement your (academic) background with experience in startup ecosystems or innovation hubs.
You have an understanding how founders grow, pivot, and stay connected over time.
You enjoy paying attention to detail, bringing structure to dynamic and managing multiple alumni relationships and touchpoints without losing track.
You are proactive and self-motivated, and you enjoy building new things from the ground up and are comfortable iterating as you go.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and ideally can communicate in German as well.

In deiner neuen Rolle als Alumni Manager wirst du unsere Strategie für die langfristige Alumni-Bindung entwickeln und vorantreiben. Du baust die Strukturen, Kommunikationskanäle und Touchpoints auf, die uns helfen, auch über die aktive Programmdauer hinaus mit Gründern und Mitgliedern verbunden zu bleiben.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du entwirfst und verwaltest Formate zur Alumni Bindung – von virtuellen Kommunikationskanälen über reale Treffen, um unsere Alumni nachhaltig und langfristig mit der Campus Founders Community zu verbinden.
Du baust enge Beziehungen zur Zielgruppe auf, hältst diese informiert und schaffst somit eine Verbundenheit.
Du verfolgst die Meilensteine der Startups und Alumni, überwachst den Fortschritt, und recherchierst relevante, zielgruppenspezifische Updates.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Content-Team zusammen, um Erfolgshighlights zu kommunizieren.
Du pflegst Alumni-Daten und ermöglichst so eine effektive Ansprache, Nachverfolgung und Berichterstattung.
Du bereitest die Mitglieder auf den Übergang als Alumni vor und unterstützt bei Empfehlungen für Folgeprogramme.
Du pflegst erhaltenes Feedback in zukünftige Formate ein, um diese weiterzuentwickeln.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder einen Bachelor-Abschluss, idealerweise aus den Bereichen Unternehmertum, Wirtschaft oder Kommunikation.
Du ergänzt deinen (akademischen) Hintergrund mit Berufspraxis aus Startup-Ökosystemen oder Innovationszentren.
Du hast ein Verständnis dafür, wie Gründer wachsen und sich entwickeln und miteinander verbunden bleiben.
Du achtest gerne auf Details, bringst Struktur in dynamische Prozesse und behältst gerne den Überblick.
Du bist proaktiv und ergreifst gerne die Initiative, du genießt es, neue Dinge von Grund auf zu entwickeln.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, und idealerweise kannst du auch auf Deutsch kommunizieren.
