This is a great opportunity to gain deep insights into the rapidly growing startup ecosystem in Heilbronn. We are looking for a motivated and talented working student to strengthen our program team.

Your fields of action in a glance:

  • Support Pro: You proactively support your team in daily business – from managing program data in our CRM system to handling PowerPoint presentations, you’ve got everything under control.
  • Powerhouse: With your positive vibe, contagious energy, and unstoppable motivation, you effortlessly fire up the room, make every group of participants shine, and create a buzz full of inspiration, energy, and good vibes.
  • Organization Talent: You actively contribute to events and workshops of the Corporate Campus Challenge and help ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Talent Scout: You assist in the application and selection process to attract motivated participants for the program.
  • Team Hero: You step in when the reception team needs support and embody true team spirit and cohesion.

  • Rocking Responsibility: You independently take on exciting tasks related to Design Thinking and bring first-hand experience from projects or internships.
  • Quality is Triumph: You consistently deliver top results and are a reliable team player.
  • Structure is King: You tackle your tasks smartly, keep an overview, and master every challenge—completely without chaos.
  • Curious and Hungry to Learn: You soak up new knowledge and put it directly into action, creating real added value.
  • Tech Pro: You’re skilled with tools like PowerPoint, Notion, Hubspot & Slack and aren’t afraid of new challenges.
  • Creative Mind: You bring fresh, cool ideas and express yourself fluently in both German and English.

Please note: This position requires working onsite in our office located in Heilbronn.
