As our Head of Community, you are the functional and disciplinary leader of your team, support our community in all its needs, and shape the community journey at Campus Founders.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You lead our Community Team both professionally and disciplinarily with clarity, energy, and direction, developing it into a strong, highly collaborative team with a clear focus on our members.
You create the conditions for meaningful connections, lasting value, and a seamless community journey from onboarding through to alumni status.
You stay close to the community, actively listen, gather feedback, and translate member needs into concrete actions that continuously increase perceived community value while fostering a positive, inclusive, and entrepreneurial environment.
You turn strategy into action by building clear community structures – from membership criteria and the member lifecycle to development pathways and community offerings that shape a compelling member experience.
You drive the evolution of our core community building blocks – events and activities, benefits, content, tools, and operations – ensuring they create impact, deliver real value, and scale with the community.
As a central cross-functional connector, you align community initiatives with programs, startup support, partnerships, and ecosystem-building activities to ensure everything works together seamlessly.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a completed degree in business, communication, social sciences, innovation management, or a comparable field - or equivalent practical experience.
You bring several years of experience in community building, startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, or member-facing roles.
You have experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and building structure that scale.
You communicate clearly, lead with empathy, give constructive feedback, and create a trusting and collaborative team culture. You are comfortable speaking in front of groups.
You are confident using digital tools such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, community management systems (such as Circle), event tools, and workflow automation platforms.
You are fluent in English, German is a strong plus.

Als Head of Community bist du die fachliche und diziplinarische Führungskraft für dein Team, begleitest unsere Community zu all ihren Belangen und gestaltest deren Journey bei Campus Founders.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du führst unser Community-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch mit Klarheit, Energie und Orientierung und entwickelst es zu einem starken, kollaborativen Team mit klarem Fokus auf unsere Mitglieder.
Du schaffst Rahmenbedingungen, in denen echte Verbindungen entstehen, nachhaltiger Mehrwert erlebbar wird und unsere Mitglieder eine durchgängige Community Journey vom Onboarding bis zum Alumni-Status erfahren.
Du bist nah an unserer Community, hörst aktiv zu, holst Feedback ein und übersetzt die Bedürfnisse der Mitglieder in konkrete Maßnahmen, um den Community-Mehrwert kontinuierlich zu steigern und ein positives, inklusives sowie unternehmerisches Umfeld zu gestalten.
Du bringst Strategie in die Umsetzung, indem du klare Community-Strukturen entwickelst – von Mitgliedschaftskriterien über den Member Lifecycle bis hin zu Entwicklungspfaden und Community-Angeboten, die das Mitgliedererlebnis nachhaltig prägen.
Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Community-Bausteine voran – Events und Aktivitäten, Benefits, Inhalte, Tools und Operations – und sorgst dafür, dass sie wirksam sind, Mehrwert schaffen und mit der Community skalieren.
Als zentrale Schnittstelle verbindest du verschiedene Akteure wie: Community, Programme, Startup-Support, Partnerschaften und Ökosystem-Aktivitäten und stellst sicher, dass alle Initiativen wirkungsvoll ineinandergreifen.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Innovationsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet – oder über eine entsprechende praktische Berufserfahrung.
Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Community Building, aus Startup-Ökosystemen, Innovationshubs oder ähnlichen Rollen mit.
Teamführung, Projektmanagement komplexer Projekte, sowie der Aufbau skalierbarer Strukturen und Prozesse sind für dich keine Herausforderung.
Dein Führungsstil ist gekennzeichnet durch eine klare Kommunikation, Empathievermögen und eine offene Feedbackkultur, somit schaffst du eine vertrauensvolle, kollaborative Teamkultur. Zudem fühlst du dich sicher in der Moderation von Gesprächen, Events und Live-Sessions.
Du bist versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Community-Management-Systemen (z. B. Circle), Event-Tools sowie Workflow-Automatisierungsplattformen.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, fundierte Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus.
